Our organisation was founded by two mothers who each experienced redundancy during pregnancy, an unexpected challenge that highlighted the urgent need for meaningful support during periods of career transition.
Drawing on these experiences, we recognised that people facing redundancy or navigating time between roles need more than encouragement; they need practical, insider recruitment tools that genuinely make a difference. So we built exactly that.
With extensive backgrounds in Recruitment and Relationship Management, we established My Career Chapter to equip individuals with the tools, knowledge, and confidence required to move into the next stage of their careers.
